The KSCSTE–National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) is pleased to invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, policymakers, and practitioners to submit technical papers for the International Conference on Transforming Transport for Safety and Sustainability (TRANSFORM 2026).

Conference Dates: 18-19 December 2026

Venue: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India

Organized as part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of NATPAC, TRANSFORM 2026 provides a multidisciplinary platform to discuss emerging challenges and innovative solutions in transportation, under the following thematic areas:

Traffic Engineering and Safety

Highway Infrastructure

Water Transportation

Smart and Digital Transportation Systems

Call for Papers

Accepted quality papers will be published in the Springer Conference Proceedings. Selected high-quality papers may also be considered for publication in SCI/Scopus-indexed high-impact-factor journals, subject to the respective journals' peer-review and acceptance criteria.
